Ce que nous recherchons
Nous sommes la recherche dun.e concepteur.trice de jeu sniorqualifi.e motiv.e intress.e crer les lments cls du jeu tels quelquipement les personnages jouables les ennemis les systmes les 3Cs et qui possde une exprience significative dans la production de jeux vido.
Responsabilits
- Assister la direction de projet et lquipe de leadership de tous les dpartements dans la cration de design cls
- tre responsable du design dun dossier complet depuis la phase de conception jusqu la livraison du jeu
- Entretenir une collaboration fructueuse avec tous les dpartements impliqus dans la conception du jeu et fournir des instructions et des rtroactions claires tout en cultivant un environnement de travail collaboratif o les membres se sentent valoriss et soutenus
- Participer la formation et au mentorat des nouvelles recrues
- Contribuer au maintien des standards du dpartement de design et tre une influence positive au sein de lquipe
Qualifications
- 7 annes dexprience avec au moins un titre paru sur lequel le/la candidat.e a travaill de la conception la livraison.
- Matrise dUnreal Engine 4 ou 5
- Comprhension approfondie des jeux daction AAA modernes et des meilleures pratiques de production

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Game Designer who will work as part of a variety of content teams focused on creating things like gear player characters enemies systems 3Cs and who has significant experience in video game production.
Responsibilities
Assisting project and departmental leadership with major pieces of design content
Owning the design of a complete feature from pitch to ship
Maintain a great track record of working with other departments to provide clear instructions and feedback as well as maintain positive team morale
Assisting with training and mentoring new hires
Helping maintain department standards and being a positive influence on their team
Qualifications
7 years of exprience with at least one published title on which the candidate worked from conception to delivery
Professional familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and its content creation tools (blueprints behavior trees etc.
Deep understanding of modern AAA action games and production practices
