Closet Installer $1000 Signon bonus!
$45000 to $85000 per year! That is what installers at Closets By Design can expect in as little as 18 months. Closets By Design is now hiring at the entrylevel for its Installer Development Program. The beginning wage for the program is 16.00/hour and you will quickly move up the pay scale with raises every 2 to 3 months during the first year. Each level of accomplishment comes with an associated raise and you should be earning 17.50 per hour or more within 9 to 12 months and much more within two years.
The program is designed to introduce an entrylevel associate to the world of woodworking and cabinet installation in a natural sequence of steps. Representatives who display a positive problemsolving attitude and have an ability to learn will quickly progress through the program from helper to assistant installer to lead installer.
