Job Description
The section Business Solutions Financial IT1.5delivers value through the of transformation projects applicationdevelopment management of IT products and consulting for Financial RegulatoryReporting and Accounting implementing solutions to fulfill internationalfinancial standards and directives like IFRS17
We are looking for anexperienced and motivated Application Designer / Solution Architect who we beleading development team to join our IFRS17 team.
o Designingbuilding and running technology solutions to assure Munich Res IFRS17 closingprocess
o Designand drive topics like Test Automation and Process Automation
o Mappingof business requirements to systems/technical requirements in IFRS17
o Creatingand coding of complex changes to our IFRS17 products under consideration ofarchitecture and coding guidelines
o Takingresponsibility for the development testing and successful implementation oftechnology solutions leveraging existing architectural patterns and adherenceto delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and toagreed timeframes
o Installationconfiguration and deployment of affected system components
o Provisionof proper technical documentation
o Bringingtechnical application support solving of incidents and problems
o Havingaccountability for the adherence to appropriate standards (coding performancemonitoring audit acceptance criteria security)
Requirements
o Universitydegree in computer engineering / IT and/or similar qualification
o 68years of working experience in software development as a developer and henceindepth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development andproduct life cycle especially in SAS environments
o Strongknowledge about clean coding objectoriented development principles patternsand agile development practices as well as DevOps technologies
o Handsonexperience with SAS DI studio Appian and good understanding of financialclosing processes like IFRS17 would be an asset or strong willingness tolearn
o Deep technical knowledge inworking with Microsoft technologies like Visual Studio & .Net C# Asp.NetCore Azure DevOps Pipeline (yaml) Development SQL Server MS Azure andfamiliar Database technologies (SQL PL/SQL stored procedures)
o Experiencein managing expectations when balancing alternatives against technical andfinancial constraints
o Trackrecord of successful implementations that delivered value to the businessresulting in measurable business outcomes
o Consultingand collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability andsharing
o Highdegree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the varioustasks are essential
