TheVice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team providing strategic financial insights and partnering with the business to deliver the companys strategy. This new role is being created to challenge the status quo to enable deeper insights enhance strategic decision making and improve financial visibility.

Strategic Leadership:

Lead the FP&A function developing and implementing financial plans that align with the companys overall objectives incorporating market data growth opportunities and risk assessments.

Provide insightful analysis and strategic insights to the executive team to support decisionmaking and drive profitable organic growth and bottomline expansion.

Collaborate with other senior leaders to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives.

Prepare executive level materials to support financial discussions with the Board of Directors as well as investors.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Oversee the development of comprehensive financial plans budgets and forecasts ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to provide realtime insights into financial performance helping the organization anticipate market changes and adjust strategies accordingly

Streamline the budgeting and forecasting process while providing more accurate and timely financial projections

Develop tools to enable scenario modeling and simulation to allow the business to assess the impact of different strategies and make informed decisions

Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks providing actionable insights to senior management.

Performance Monitoring:

Operationalize the strategy by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational progress

Continuously monitor business performance against financial plans and budgets identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Investment Planning:

Evaluate capital investments ensuring optimal allocation of resources in alignment with the strategy

Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement:

Continuously monitor and improve financial reporting processes forecasting techniques and data analysis methods to optimize financial insights.

Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function (e.g. predictive analytics data visualization)

Team Leadership:

Lead mentor and develop the FP&A team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.

Build and maintain a highperforming team capable of supporting the companys strategic objectives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance related roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role specifically within financial planning and analysis.

Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent problemsolving abilities.

Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and reporting.

Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. SAP HFM Sigma Qlik Power BI Tableau).

Leadership Abilities:

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
