Summary
For the Final Assembly & Test Airborne Radar / EW department we are looking for an Order Manager Integration (f/m/d) at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The Final Assembly & Test Airborne Radar / EW department is responsible for the assembly integration testing acceptance and delivery of broadband radio frequency and avionic assemblies and systems from the HENSOLDT product portfolios.
Your Tasks
Processcompliant order processing using the SAP and MES systems
Ensuring the timely availability of materials operating resources special materials and process instructions
Checking and confirming planned deadlines for the service area
Release of production orders
Initiating and tracking change requests participating in the change board
Planning controlling and coordinating all necessary preparatory work for the schedulers work planners and team leaders in the service area
Collaboration in determining the production requirements of the service area
Assisting with the commissioning of special resources
Carrying out clarifications also outside the service area
Production meeting clarification of primary requirements
Clarification of deviations in the production process
Your Profile
Completed training as a statecertified technician or electronics technician for devices and systems with comparable additional qualification
Several years of professional experience in the field of activity
Good knowledge of order processing production planning and work preparation
Very good knowledge of SAP PP QM and PLM
Independent and structured way of working strong organizational skills and assertiveness
Strong communication skills ability to work in a team sense of responsibility and ability to cooperate
Very good German and good English skills
