Cashier Service Position Summary:
Our cashierservice people maintain outstanding customer service in every interaction withguests they have. The Cashier ensures that each guest is greeted with a smileand all orders are consistent and held to Miguels Restaurants standard toprovide a great customer experience.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities
Enteringfood orders using cash register POS System
HandlingCash and credit transactions carefully and efficiently
Deliverfood to guest table
Baggingfood for takeout orders
Maintaina wellstocked salsa bar drink cup lids napkins before and after shift
Maintainfresh coffee unsweetened tea lemonade and horchata
Maintaincleanliness of the restaurant to standard including restrooms
Assistin resolving customer questions and concerns
Takespride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
Maintainfood safety HACCP checks daily
Completesother duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
BasicPC knowledge
Abilityto handle cash and credit transactions
Abilityto stand for long periods of time
Abilityto multitask and prioritize task
Excellentverbal communication skills
Mustsupply a food handlers card when hired
HighSchool Diploma or Equivalent
