What You Will Be Working On

• Large volume full cycle accounts payable processing of invoices through an automated workflow system.

• Prepare weekly payment runs to ensure vendors are paid accurately and within specified payment terms.

• Work closely with purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Monthly reconciling of vendor statements.

• Complete monthly reviews of AP aged trial balance to identify items that require action.

• Partner with internal and external client groups with a focus on exceptional customer service.

• Assist/support accounts payable team as needed with adhoc requests and projects as required.

What We Will be Looking For

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or an Accounting diploma

• 5 years progressive accounts payable experience

• Experience working with automated workflows in a paperless environment

• Intermediate MS Excel skills with proficiency in other MS Office Suite applications

• Strong organization with critical thinking and problemsolving skills supported with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Highly motivated individual who embraces initiative is resultsoriented and has a continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities and capable of handling pressure / challenges in a dynamic business environment

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals along with fostering positive relationships with multiple groups across the business

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills
