PivotRoots a Havas Company is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 68 years of experience to develop and implement advanced customer science models that drive actionable insights and measurable business impact. This role demands expertise in predictive modeling customer analytics and cloud technologies to enhance datadriven decisionmaking.Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of sophisticated customer science models including churn prediction customer segmentation frameworks and lifetime value (LTV) models
Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions that address marketing use cases
Oversee data pipeline development and optimization across cloud platforms
Mentor and develop a team of data scientists fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and measure the impact of datadriven strategies
Establish best practices for model development validation and deployment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience building customer science models particularly in churn modeling segmentation frameworks and LTV modeling
Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation analysis and model development
Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms including GCP and AWS
Expertlevel knowledge of big data technologies including BigQuery and AWS Redshift
Experience applying data science to marketing use cases and problems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS EMR Studio
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative discipline
Experience leading data science teams
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
Understanding of the Indian market dynamics and customer behavior
