Job Description
Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests as they arrive and seating them in a friendly manner.
Taking Guests Orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders from customers and providing information about menu items also a knowledge on wine beer and liquor.
Maintaining Dining Experience: Delivering orders to tables in a timely fashion ensure the guests have everything they need. Regularly checking on guests to ensure satisfaction address any additional requests or concerns. We want to make every guest a returning regular.
Handling Payments: Processing customer payments including cash and credit card transactions and providing change when necessary. Also being able to operate a POS computer system as well as technical handheld POS system.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables chairs and dining areas clean and organized as well as managing the cleanliness of service areas.
Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations: Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
