Job Description

Job Title:Occupational Therapist Acute Care
Location:London
Rate:Up to 30 per hour

Responsibilities:

In this role you will deliver a highquality social work service to adults who are deemed vulnerable or needing support due to an impairment that is either physical or mental and the impairment has a substantial longterm effect on the individuals ability to carry out daytoday activities. You will need to work with the citizen carers and families to provide support and to develop resilience and independence ensuring that the citizen families and carers are at the centre of decisionmaking about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Care Wales registration.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Degree in Social Work.
  • Minimum 3 years postqualified experience.
