General Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of FP&A the Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis modeling and reporting to support executive decisionmaking. The Senior Financial Specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards strengthens internal controls and partners with crossfunctional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role in our Fort Mill SC location and is in office Tuesday Thursday.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- FP&A lead for all Global Recurring Subscription & Software Revenue and Gross Margin
- Partner with team on the budgeting forecasting and longterm planning process including analyzing actual results against budget/ forecast and prior period results.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to help with monthly/quarterly BOD presentations
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and policies.
- Strengthen internal controls and support internal/external audits.
- Provide strategic advice on financial performance and new opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Lead crossdepartmental projects to successful completion.
