Job Description
CentraCare is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant into the Internal Medicine team in Willmar Minnesota.
Responsibilities
As an Internal Medicine (IM) Provider you will be a member of our collaborative team caring for adults ages 18 and up at the Main Clinic in Willmar MN. In this role you will manage acute and chronic conditions in the clinic seeing new patient consults and followups as part of your routine nursing home rounds and rotation into Urgent Care are part of the practice in this setting.
Schedule
- 0.8 1.0 FTE
- Primarily Monday through Friday day shifts
- In this position you will work in both the clinic and nursing home setting
- Approximately 3 to 4 weekends a year in Urgent Care rotation (Saturday and Sunday comprise a weekend)
- No call nights or holidays
Requirements
To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
- Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
- BLS Certification
Experience
Position open to new graduates with relevant work experience. AGNP certification accepted.
