Compensation: Up to $110000 per year (paid per visit)

We are currently seeking skilled Floating Visit Nurses to join our esteemed home care team. This dynamic position caters to professionals from hospital outpatient or clinic settings looking to supplement their work with enriching and impactful patient interactions. As a Floating Visit Nurse you will have the unique advantage of providing personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes offering a level of autonomy and connection that goes beyond the confines of a single facility.

Floating Visit Nurse Responsibilities:
- Helping with company growth and being flexible on driving into areas we have overflow clients.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely ensuring proper dosages and adherence to medication schedules.
- Provide specialized wound care and treatment to patients with acute or chronic wounds. Assess wound healing progress apply appropriate dressings and implement infection prevention measures to facilitate optimal recovery and prevent complications.
- Empower patients and their families through health education offering guidance on managing chronic conditions promoting healthy lifestyle choices and addressing potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments care plans and interventions. Ensure timely and effective communication with the healthcare team including physicians therapists and other professionals to facilitate coordinated care and continuity of treatment.
Floating Visit Nurse Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in the state of Minnesota
- Valid Drivers License and ability to drive 50 miles from home.
- Clinical experience preferably in home care or related fields.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and empathy.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
