Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors Art Directors and crossfunctional teams to ideate create and execute groundbreaking creative campaigns across digital social and emerging channels.
- Actively explore and leverage AIpowered design tools creative automation and emerging tech to enhance creative output optimize workflows and push the boundaries of whats creatively possible.
- Confidently present and articulate design concepts and strategic thinking to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Foster rapid agile creative processes encouraging experimentation and quick iterative solutions to creative challenges.
- Lead creative discussions mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of curiosity adaptability and continuous learning.
- Partner with project managers to balance innovation with practical timelines always delivering highimpact scalable creative solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in design and art direction within creative or advertising environments.
- Proven leadership in creative team management ideally in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AIdriven tools automation platforms or generative design techniques into the creative process.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking exceptional design and adaptability across advertising branding social media digital motion graphics and video.
- Passionate about technology innovation and staying ahead of creative and tech trends.
- Creative problem solver with a knack for agile and efficient solutioning.
