Job Title: Angular Lead / Manager
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Budget: Up to 20 LPA
Education Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably BE MCA)
About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedAngular Lead / Managerto drive the development of highquality web applications. This role requires strong leadership skills technical expertise inAngular TypeScript JavaScript NGRX RxJS and CI/CD and experience in anAgile environment. The ideal candidate should be able to guide a team implement best practices and deliver scalable frontend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage frontend development projects usingAngular TypeScript/JavaScript HTML CSS NGRX and RxJS.
- Providetechnical direction mentorship and guidanceto a team of developers.
- Ensureadherence to coding standards best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies frameworks and industry trends.
2. Design & Implementation
- Oversee thedesign implementation debugging and deploymentof frontend web applications.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize applications forperformance scalability and security.
3. Agile & Collaboration
- Actively participate inAgile ceremonieslike daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including product managers and UI/UX designers to align on requirements.
- Foster acollaborative and highperformance team environment.
4. Code Quality & CI/CD Integration
- Conductcode reviewsto ensure clean efficient and maintainable code.
- Integrate and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor efficient software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex development issuesto ensure timely project completion.
5. Innovation & ProblemSolving
- Encourage the adoption ofnew technologies and methodologiesto enhance the development process.
- Take ownership of technical challenges andpropose scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Primary Skills:
- Angular8 years of experience)
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- HTML CSS
- NGRX RxJS
Nice to Have:
- GraphQL
- Ionic Capacitor
- CI/CD Pipelines (usage required)
- Agile / Scrum (strong working knowledge required)
