This exciting role will see you play a pivotal part in driving financial strategy and delivering insights to support key business decisions. As aFP&A Manager you will play a crucial part in helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value.
The Role
As aFP&A Manager you will:
- Manage the monthend process including reviewing journal entries coordinating team activities and preparing the management accounts pack.
- Lead the annual budget business plan and valuation models while monitoring performance and delivering monthly forecasts.
- Provide detailed analysis on business performance to senior stakeholders to drive decisionmaking.
- Collaborate to enhance financial systems and processes working closely with internal and external teams.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team ensuring they meet objectives and develop professionally
About You
To be successful in this FP&A Managerrole you will have:
- An ACCA ACA or CIMA qualification with strong experience in management accounting or business partnering.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling and budget management.
- Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams and presenting financial information to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a highly analytical approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
