Recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in our business we are actively seeking to hire a Construction Inspectors who aligns with our passion for delivering outstanding client service and highquality results. The candidate may reside in San Luis Obispo Santa Barbara or Ventura but will primarily work at our Montecito job site requiring daily travel.

What You Will Do

• Construction Inspection:
  • Conduct onsite inspections of water and wastewater construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans specifications applicable codes and industry standards.
  • Monitor and assess construction activities to ensure quality safety and permit requirements are met.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of construction activities inspections and any deviations from approved plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily inspection reports.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers engineers and other staff as required.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure that construction projects adhere to all plans specification and permitting requirements.
  • Ensure project compliance with all SWPPP and MMRP requirements as needed.
• Communication and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with project managers engineers contractors and other stakeholders to address issues resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project .
  • Communicate effectively with team members to relay inspection results project status and potential risks.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure that materials workmanship and construction processes meet contract requirements.

What You Bring

• A passion for water with an emphasis on creating multibenefit solutions for communities and the environment.
• Previous experience in construction construction management. or inspection with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure design construction methods equipment materials and applicable code requirements in one or more disciplines including civil mechanical electrical and instrumentation
• Strong communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• OSHA training and ISO certifications preferred.
• This position requires a valid drivers license and the ability to meet company and insurance provider requirements for driving eligibility.

Pay Range:This is a full time nonexempt hourly position estimated 32 hours per week. The pay range is $32.00 $55.00 per hour may be more or less depending on experience
