Job Description
Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for investment funds and an entrepreneurial spirit A prominent law firm in New York is seeking a talented attorney to join their expanding Investment Funds team.
The ideal candidate will have 36 years of experience in investment management and fund formation with opportunities to represent private equity funds hedge funds private credit funds real estate funds hybrid funds and other alternative investment vehicles. This role also offers the chance to work on retail alternative funds including BDCs interval funds and closedend funds.
