Job Description
- VMC Operator with knowledge of Programming and CNC MachineO&M
- Must be very good in Cycle time reduction and Continuous improvement activities. Knowledge of programming
- Be aligned with companies vision and mission
- Preparation & Planning with VMC programming
- Monitoring of machines maintenance activity (daily/ weekly / monthly) as machine utilization report for VMC machine & CNC
- Fanuc controller experience is desirable.
- Keeping records of consumables (usage and stock maintenance) for VMC machines as per the checklist
- Follow up with Machine builders for machine PM as per AMC for VMC & CNC machines
- Follow up with Work NC for Software PM as per AMC for VMC & CNC machines
- Required Skills & Qualification
- Diploma or ITI
- Minimum of 2 years of Machine operating experience.
- Minimum 2 years of CNC / VMC programming
Soft Skills:
- Must be able to work on a selfinitiated basis and in a team environment Flexible and Adaptable High level of accountability Quick learner and highly communicative

Our client is a Metal products manufacturing company with Inhouse Design Sampling and Production set up. They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to largescale Metal Products. Having 20 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas. As part of their growth and diversification plans they recently commissioned a World Class stateof the art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching Shearing Buffering and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small medium large scale and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
