Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Building Services and HVAC to join their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the design installation and maintenance of mechanical systems within building services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver highquality efficient and costeffective HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical building services systems with a focus on HVAC ventilation and heating systems.
Conduct site surveys feasibility studies and performance assessments.
Prepare technical drawings calculations and specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
Work closely with Architects Electrical Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate designs.
Provide technical expertise and support during project .
Identify and troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.
Stay updated with advancements in building services and HVAC technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum number of years experience in building services and HVAC engineering.
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit MEP HAP and IES).
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g. ASHRAE CIBSE and LEED).
Excellent problemsolving and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
