Job Description
The Program Manager of Quality Reporting and Analytics will develop implement and manage an ongoing surveillance program to monitor new and existing measures standards and guidelines specifically for core measures and publicly reported data. The Program Manager will serve as a key resource for quality reporting compliance by managing the analytics for the specified quality data reporting programs. He/She will be responsible for the reporting analytics and presentation of quality data as well as identifying trends and benchmark data. The Program Manager will ensure that the key quality data sets are assembled and reported to internal stakeholders and external agencies in accordance with the stated requirements. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Quality Reporting and Analytics and supports the work of the data abstractors to ensure accurate and timely submission of data.
Experience
Required: previous experience in health care or similar environment
Preferred: detailed knowledge of CMS and MA Health quality reporting programs
Education
Required: Bachelors degree in health care or similar field
Preferred: MPH MHA MBA in related field
License/certification:
Preferred: CPHQ upon 3 years of hire
