Human Resources (HR) Implant
The HR Implant will play a crucial role in integrating HR practices and policies within the organization serving as a direct link between employees and management. The main objective is to seamlessly embed HR functions into the companys daily operations offering support guidance and strategic HR solutions to address business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and oversee resolution processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews evaluate candidates and manage hiring procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
- Contribute to the development of performance improvement plans.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives.
- Organize workshops seminars and training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports.
Compensation and Benefits
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide information and assistance to employees regarding benefits.
- Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Collect and analyze HR data to guide decisionmaking.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 06 months of experience in an HR role preferably in a similar implant capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and legal regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experienced Freshers
Freshers to 6months of experience in an HR role
preferably in a similar implant capacity.
