Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Ahmedabad for a Technical Content Writer. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating technical documentation to support our digital solutions and services. Daytoday tasks include researching and writing technical documentation collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather information and ensuring that documentation is clear and organized.
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong technical writing and research skills
- Experience creating user manuals guides and tutorials on software applications and APIs
- Experience writing about technical topics such as artificial intelligence machine learning analytics internet of things etc.
- Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly and efficiently
- Bachelors degree in technical writing English computer science or a related field
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence JIRA and Slack
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with photography and graphic design is a plus
