Job Description

Who We Are

We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sports growth on every level in the United States from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game the US Open.

The Role

This is an 8week program from June 10th through August 13th.

Working hours: MondayThursday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work onsite 23 days per week at the National Campus Orlando.

Hourly rate: $16.00

Event Support: Assist in planning organizing and executing sports events tournaments and related activities.

Research & Analysis: Conduct research to support new initiatives analyze industry trends and present recommendations to leadership.

Data Management: Maintain and organize databases ensuring accurate and uptodate records for projects and events.

Operational Support: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve event .

Communications: Draft materials such as reports presentations and memos for internal and external audiences.

Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings coordinating logistics and managing correspondence.

Special Projects: Contribute to ad hoc projects that align with organizational goals and provide learning opportunities.

Who You Are

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Teamoriented with a collaborative attitude.
  • Passion for sports and a desire to grow within the industry.
