Join Our Team at Montessori Beginnings Brunswick East!
Montessori Beginnings is a premium Early Learning organisation with locations across Melbourne. We are excited to announce the opening of our newest centre in Brunswick East and were searching for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our Super Star team!
About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator at our Brunswick East centre youll create a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Youll collaborate with parents caregivers and other professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for children.
We have positions available across all age groups suitable for educators at all experience levels and qualifications who are eager to help us build a beautiful centre for children and families.
About You:
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about Early Childhood Education
- Excited to inspire children in Montessori learning environments (full training provided)
- Fun energetic friendly and motivated to become a valued member of our Montessori Beginnings Brunswick family
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs for young children
- Create a safe and welcoming environment that fosters exploration and learning
- Observe and assess childrens development communicating regularly with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with professionals such as speech and occupational therapists to support individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of childrens progress
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience as a Lead Educator
- Current WWCC First Aid and Mandatory Reporting certifications
- Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and Early Childhood education best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
