Job Description

Marketing Professional Operations & DemandGeneration

Location: Pune

Experience: 35 years

Industry Preference: IT/ITeS

The Role:

We are looking for a highly detailoriented andgrowthfocused Marketing Professional to drive marketing operations and demandgeneration efforts with a singular focus on pipeline growth. Reporting to theMarketing Lead for Demand Generation this role will play a pivotal part incrafting and executing marketing strategies GTM outreach programs and ABM campaignsthat accelerate lead conversion. The candidate will be also be responsible for GlobalSEO optimization and Website Marketing.

The Marketing Professional will work closely with the InsideSales team to enhance pipeline efficiency and liaise with Business Unit Headsto align marketing initiatives with market trends client expectations andbusiness offerings. This role requires a strong blend of analyticaloperational and creative skills ensuring seamless of marketingcampaigns events ABM and digital initiatives. A flair for writing and theability to engage audiences through microblogging and social content at intervalswill be an added advantage.

Digital marketing across emailmarketing social media and digital advertising to maximize reach andengagement.

Event strategy & planning includingindustry conferences webinars roundtables and hosted events to driveaudience engagement.

Global SEO optimization to enhance websitevisibility organic lead acquisition and search rankings.

Website marketing with a focus on conversionrate optimization content updates and engagement tracking.

Gotomarket strategy in collaborationwith the Marketing Lead and Inside Sales ensuring a structured approach tolead generation.

Collaboration with business unit heads tounderstand industry needs client challenges and competitive positioning foreffective messaging.

Datadriven campaign optimization usingmarketing analytics to measure campaign ROI engagement rates and leadconversion efficiency.

Content engagement through microblogging andstrategic content pieces to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.

Process improvement and automation initiativesto enhance marketing efficiency and campaign .

Key Responsibilities:

Support and execute demand generation campaignsthat drive highintent leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

Align marketing initiatives with industrytrends market needs and business unit priorities for impactful GTMstrategies.

Collaborate with the Inside Sales team toimprove lead qualification conversion rates and ABM .

Plan and manage events conferences andwebinars to establish brand presence and generate business opportunities.

Optimize website content and SEO strategies toimprove organic search rankings and audience engagement.

Develop ABM strategies and execute targetedcampaigns to penetrate key accounts and drive conversions.

Ensure seamless marketing operations campaigntracking CRM updates and performance reporting.

Work with crossfunctional teams to developcontent for marketing initiatives including microblogging and digitalstorytelling.

Monitor and analyze key marketing performanceindicators to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve ROI.

Liaise with internal business stakeholders toalign marketing efforts with sales objectives and client expectations.

Identify new marketing opportunities andimplement innovative approaches to scale demand generation.

Required Skills & Experience:

35 years of experience in marketing operationsdemand generation and pipeline acceleration in IT/ITeS.

Proven ability to execute multichannelmarketing campaigns and manage ABM initiatives with measurable impact.

Should have experience in leveraging AI toolsfor optimization trend analysis and strategy .

Experience in B2B marketing events strategyand digital marketing .

Strong knowledge of SEO website optimizationand marketing automation tools.

Ability to work with Inside Sales teams andbusiness unit heads to drive revenuefocused marketing initiatives.

Excellent analytical skills with experience incampaign performance tracking lead funnel analytics and conversion rateoptimization.

Flair for writing with experience inmicroblogging social media content and audience engagement strategies.

Strong project management skills with theability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Highly detailoriented proactive and capableof executing marketing strategies with minimal supervision.
