CertifiedBFW LLC provides turnkey singlesource FF&E move management furniture and glass wall installation for largescale interior projectsoften exceedingsq ft. BFW is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Coordinator to staff CertifiedBFW projects in New York City. Duties include:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules covering planning design review product selection procurement delivery installation and closeout
- Coordinate showroom/factory visits mockups and product evaluations
- Prepare distribute and analyze bid packages; negotiate pricing and discounts
- Manage purchase orders; audit distributor orders against contracts
- Verify site dimensions; coordinate electrical/data layouts
- Oversee warehousing delivery installation and punchlist workflows
- Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and spec compliance
- Produce progress reports budget tracking and risk mitigation plans
- Lead stakeholder meetings; proactively resolve conflicts
- Manage change orders and finalize closeout documentation.
Qualifications & Benefits
- 35 years FF&E or interior construction PM experience
- Proficiency in MS Project Excel and/or Procore
- Strong negotiation budgeting and schedulemanagement skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities
