Job Description

TaggNGo Car Wash is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to take full ownership of our payroll accuracy compliance and benefits administration as we continue to grow. What Youll Own & Lead

  • Payroll Accuracy & Reliability Develop and implement checks & balances reports and validation processes to ensure accurate payroll every single time.
  • Payroll Processing & Compliance Manage and process biweekly multistate payroll ensuring accuracy in wages taxes and deductions while remaining compliant with federal state and local laws.
  • Payroll Auditing & Controls Conduct pre and postpayroll audits error tracking and data validation to identify and correct discrepancies before payroll is finalized.
  • Benefits Administration Oversee employee benefits enrollments changes and terminations ensuring compliance with ACA COBRA and 401(k) plans. Be the goto resource for employee benefits questions.
  • Payroll & Benefits Reporting Create reports and recommend new reporting structures to track trends improve forecasting and support leadership decisionmaking.
  • HRIS & Payroll Systems Optimization Maintain and improve payroll/HRIS systems (e.g. Paylocity ADP iSolved) ensuring accurate data and seamless integrations.
  • Process Improvement & Automation Identify and implement payroll safeguards automation tools and efficiency improvements to eliminate errors and reduce manual work.
  • Proactive ProblemSolving If something doesnt look right you dont assumeit gets fixed before it becomes a problem.
Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5 years of payroll & benefits administration experience (multistate payroll preferred)
  • Experience with auditing reporting and implementing payroll accuracy controls
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance wage laws benefits regulations and tax deductions
  • Proactive mindsetyoure always looking for potential errors and ways to improve accuracy
  • Experience with HRIS & payroll systems (e.g. Paylocity ADP iSolved UKG etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUPs data analysisyou love a good spreadsheet)
  • Highly detailoriented and meticulousyou triplecheck before hitting submit
  • Clear confident communication skillsyou can explain payroll issues and solutions to employees and leadership

Position Details:

  • FullTime Exempt
  • This is a fulltime inoffice role at our St. George Support Office with minimal travel required
  • Prolonged periods of standing walking and desk work
