ROLE Quality Engineer
LOCATION Milton Keynes
SALARYper annum
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team playing a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the business. This position ensures compliance with customer requirements industry regulations and internal quality management systems. Serving as the primary contact for qualityrelated customer interactions you will drive continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with various departments to uphold highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert quality support across all departments to maintain compliance with company customer and industry standards.
- Ensure customer specifications and quality requirements are clearly understood and integrated into operational processes.
- Serve as the main quality liaison for customers addressing qualityrelated inquiries and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Prepare and submit AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) or other customerrequired quality documentation.
- Assess and resolve nonconformance issues collaborating with quality control teams and relevant departments.
- Conduct first article inspections in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in quality assurance quality engineering or customer quality management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industryspecific standards.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities capable of effectively working with crossfunctional teams and customers.
- Handson experience with quality audits compliance verification and process improvement initiatives.
