Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Escorts/ Transports patients to/from nursing units treatment and diagnostic areas safely and with respect for privacy and confidentiality as assigned.
- Correctly identifies patient safely transports via wheelchair cart or bed to the requested destination.
- Recognizes their limitations and obtains additional information and assistance as needed
- Upon order does technical work in the conducting of NonInvasive cardiology studies (EKGs)on all patients.
Hours/Shifts:
- Full Time; Days. Holidays and call rotation required.
Requirements:
- High School Dipoloma or equivalent
- BLS/CPR certificate
- Holiday rotation and call rotation required.
Preferred Qualifications
candidate will work minimum of 16 hours per month including weekend rotation
