What youll do
As aButler youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You willbe responsible for welcoming guestson their arrival and hosting them throughout their stay ensuring their needsare fully anticipated and met with service of an exceptional standard. Thiswill include liaising with the relevant departments to ensure that the room isfully prepared. Our Butlers must display a clear and comprehensive knowledgeof the Hotel its facilities and events on across London all to ensure ourguests receives nothing but the best experience.
The itemsshared are the essence of a day in the life of a Butler but well make sureyou are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

- Knowledge of London and 45 Park Lane:You know some details about London attractions events and the 45 Park Lanehotel. You can help guests with directions or recommendations.
- Experience with VIP Guests: If you haveworked with VIP guests or in luxury service before it would be a bonus.
