- ResponsibleforPurchasingofNonBOMmaterialsCapitalandSpareParts
- AdditionalresponsibilitiesofsomeBOMmaterials&Serviceorderfinalization
- ResponsibleforPurchasingofIndirectmaterials(ImportsCapitalandMaintenanceSpareParts.
- Getquotationsfromclients/VendorsmakingcomparativechartsalongwithlastPurchaserecord.
- Evaluatingandnegotiatingwithvendorsforprice&variousotherterms&conditionsandfinalizingthesametomeettherequirements.
- CreateCostcomparisonsheetandtakingPurchaseDecisionforPO
- GenerationofDomesticaswellasImportPurchaseorder.
- Maintaining&updatingrepetitivematerialsinContractsandSchedulingAgreements.
- DiscussionwithDepartment/Projectheadsfororderfinalizations.
- Ontimesourcingofparts&Equipmentfortheprojectwithinbudget.
- Ensuringdeliveryofmaterialsatstoresforexecutionpurposes.
- Accessingtheperformanceofthevendorsbasedonvariouscriterionssuchasquality/technologyimprovementratetimelydeliverycredittermsetc.
- Sourcingalternativelocal&overseasvendorsforfuturerequirements.
- Interactionwithfinance&AccountsDept.ForreleasethepaymenttotheVendorsaspersupplyterms.
