Job Description
As a Licensed Clinical Counselorwith GuideStar Eldercare you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in longterm care facilities. Using a multidisciplinary approach you will partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic continuity of care for elderly individuals in extended care facilities who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Counseling
Currently licensed as an LPCMHSP in the state in which you are applying
