Allied is looking for an Administrator Lease Documentation to join our team in Toronto.

Please note our department of Lease Documentation is often referred to as Legal Affairs or Legal Operations in the industry.

What will you do
Support the Lease Documentation team with all administrative tasks.
Act as main point of contact for the Lease Documentation team with respect to administrative queries.
Open maintain and close all lease files for the Lease Documentation team.
Conduct corporate entity searches and title searches for any liens relating to properties.
Coordinate internal and external of lease agreements and other ancillary agreements.
Distribute executed agreements internally and externally.
Diarize and follow up for all deliverables related to lease agreements and other ancillary agreements.
Diarize key dates and deadlines related to lease agreements and other ancillary agreements.
Liaise with external insurance consultants with respect to tenant insurance certificates.
Prepare status updates on lease documentation files for internal use as required.
Maintain accurate lease database and tracking system.
Implement efficiencies to optimize department administrative functions reduce redundancy and improve turnaround time.
Assist in establishing administrative best practice tools templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist with any other additional department related functions as requested.
Develop strong relations with tenants & all other real estate professional.
Other duties as assigned.
