Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in complex commercial litigation shareholder disputes and whitecollar matters. This role offers an opportunity to work on highlevel assignments within a dynamic and nationally prominent litigation practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation shareholder disputes whitecollar matters and internal investigations.
- Manage projectbased tasks while balancing multiple highlevel assignments.
- Produce thoughtful highquality work product on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of significant litigation experience.
- Experience in a comparable law firms Litigation Department.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- High academic achievement from a reputable law school.
