Facility Maintenance:

This employee is responsible for routine facility maintenance.

What Will You Do

Routine maintenance
Moving furniture
Maintains buildingsafetysystems

What Will You Need

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Current validdriverslicense
General plumbingknowledge
Electrical wiring experiences
HVAC experience

Work Environment:

Working indoors and outdoors
Expected hours 8:00am 5:00pm
May be exposed to intermittent sounds above normal working conditions

Essential Physical Functions:

Sitting for long periods of time
Occasional lifting (up to 100 pounds).
Ability to distinguish color
Ability to see details at close range.
