About the Role:
The Program Manager Financial Services will develop and manage special projects and work closely with leadership within the Financial Services team and across Clio to drive continued growth in our Payments business and beyond. As a strategic and operational leader you will identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency collaborate across departments and work to bring them to life. You will partner with crossfunctional teams navigate ambiguity and focus on the highestimpact opportunities to ensure the success of our financial services initiatives.
What Youll Work On:
Explore growth opportunities within the Payments and Financial Services business identifying highpotential areas for improvement and/or expansion.
Validate potential solutions through qualitative and quantitative analysis including customer interviews data analysis and other research methods.
Drive alignment with crossfunctional stakeholders across departments (e.g. Product Marketing Sales Engineering) and secure leadership buyin for strategic initiatives.
Design launch and monitor the implementation of new initiatives ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with gotomarket (GTM) and research & development (R&D) teams to collaborate effectively on project and overcome challenges.
About You:
You thrive in an unstructured environment and are skilled at making sense of complex unclear situations to drive clarity and direction.
You can prioritize opportunities based on total business impact and return on effort ensuring that resources are spent where they will have the greatest effect.
You have a demonstrated history of successful collaboration with crossfunctional teams including GTM and R&D to deliver highimpact projects.
Youre a strategic thinker whos not afraid to Get Stuff Done (GSD) and can balance both bigpicture thinking and tactical .
You operate with an ownership mentality always striving for excellence and taking full responsibility for the success of your initiatives.
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
Proven ability to drive results in a crossfunctional environment and navigate ambiguity effectively.
History of successfully collaborating with GTM and R&D teams.
Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact.
Succinct communicator.
Preferred:
Knowledge of embedded fintech/payments and a deep understanding of financial services ecosystems.
Experience in strategy and operations GTM or consulting (must have experience in an operating role).
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
