Job Description
A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a General Liability Attorney for its Walnut Creek office. The ideal candidate will have 17 years of experience in insurance defense litigation including case management motion practice discovery hearings depositions arbitrations and trials. Strong research and writing skills are essential and candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a nationally recognized General Liability Practice handling significant property and personal injury claims. The firm excels in catastrophic injury wrongful death and complex litigation cases. While prior insurance defense experience is preferred candidates with other litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
