Job Description
A leading law firm is seeking a teamoriented Corporate Attorney with at least 4 years of M&A experience to join its highgrowth M&Aadjacent practice. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to work on Tier 1 Private Equity M&A deals while also leading transactions involving representations & warranties insurance (RWI) underwriting.
Candidate Parameters
- 4 years of M&A experience preferably in private equity buyside counsel
- Experience leading due diligence teams & negotiating transactions
- Familiarity with RWI in M&A transactions
- Strong collaboration skills & technology proficiency (Teams Office 365
- Growth mindset for business development & leadership
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $175000 $330000
