Highlights
Community Physician Network seeks a teamoriented Endocrinologist to join our collegial group of 13 employed Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers in Indianapolis. Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.
Opportunity for fulltime or parttime practice
Monday Friday 8am5pm

Part of a highly collaborative collegial group of employed Endocrinologists 13 physicians)

Licensure & Certification
BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
