We are seeking a proactive and skilled Outbound Specialist (B2B) to join our team. In this role you will manage cold outbound campaigns data handling and lead management to drive our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Role Overview:
As an Outbound Specialist (B2B) at RMG Digital you will oversee the of outbound campaigns maintain email infrastructure and manage lead databases. These leads will be passed
Your expertise in tools like Smartlead.ai Instantly Apollo Clay Airtable and automation platforms like Make or Zapier will be essential in optimising campaigns and streamlining internal operations.
Additionally you will be responsible for newsletter creation collaborating with the business development team and managing outreach strategies to refine marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GTM Outbound Campaign Management:
Build manage and maintain cold outbound campaigns primarily through email but also exploring other outbound methods.
Develop messaging for cold email campaigns focusing on engagement and lead conversion.
Utilise tools such as Smartlead.ai / Instantly Apollo and Clay for campaign and optimisation.
Create and implement cold email infrastructure using multiple email inboxes across different platforms with a deep understanding of email deliverability.
Manage domain health including domain rotation and mailbox maintenance to ensure high deliverability rates.
Identify evaluate and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies and lead quantity.
2. Data Management and Lead Handling:
Build a listbuilding process combining multiple data sources to create highintent prospect lists.
Se and manage leads from platforms like Apollo and format them using Clay for outbound campaigns.
Maintain data accuracy and lead quality in Airtable ensuring actionable and uptodate databases.
Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to ensure leads are effectively worked and to gather feedback for continuous campaign improvement.
3. Automation and Internal Operations:
Utilise tools such as Make or Zapier (to a high level) to manage and automate internal operations related to marketing and GTM strategies.
Design build and maintain automation workflows to streamline data management lead handling and campaign .
Ensure automations are optimised for efficiency and reliability reducing manual tasks and improving overall campaign performance.
4. Newsletter Creation:
Build and manage a monthly newsletter for warm leads using the Beehive platform (platform experience would be nice but not required).
Develop compelling content subject lines and CTAs to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure the newsletter aligns with broader marketing strategies and maintains consistent brand messaging.
5. Campaign Optimisation and Reporting:
Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve outbound campaign performance.
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimisations to help achieve campaign KPIs such as positive replies meetings booked revenue generated and client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports showcasing progress results and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
6. AI and Data Sing Proficiency:
Utilise platforms such as Clay for AI lead enrichment data sing and campaign creation to maximise ROI.
Leverage AI models and prompt engineering to enhance campaign targeting and messaging.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Positive Replies: Weekly/Monthly targets.
Meetings Booked: Monthly/Quarterly targets.
Revenue Generated: Monthly/Quarterly targets.
New Ideas Proposed: Monthly recommendations for campaign improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: 13 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Sales or GTM (GotoMarket) strategies.
Tools Proficiency: Experience with Smartlead.ai or Instantly Apollo Clay Airtable and knowledgeable of the latest AI Sales tools.
Automation Expertise: Proven ability to use Make or Zapier to a high level for managing and automating internal operations.
Cold Outreach Skills: Proven ability to write highperforming cold emails.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Tech SaaS or software industry is preferred but not required.
