Compensation: between $24.04 and $30.41 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday part time remote work maximum of 20 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible and to be discussed in the interview. This position does not require being on call or managing a crisis line
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM
Heartland Family Service operates a residentialbased crisis stabilization service Bridges Crisis Care. Bridges Crisis Care is a voluntary 3to5day stabilization program for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis that offers a safe secure environment with daily access to therapy medication management case management services and outpatient resources designed to stabilize the individual and assist them in returning to the community where they live.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position functions as a fully integrated team member of the residentialbased crisis stabilization team. Diverse therapeutic responsibilities that include assessment crisis intervention individual therapy and goal planning are pivotal in this role; as well as ability to work with a diverse population of clients with cooccurring disorders utilizing evidencedbased practices. Decision making problem solving and highly developed interpersonal skills are critical.
