We are looking for a IT Service Transition Lead to join our Pozna office.

Serving ROCKWOOL Group with digital expertise you and your team will ensure a smart and seamless experience in the interactions between internal colleagues customers stakeholders and vendors. What will you be doing:

ROCKWOOL are embarking on an exciting journey to further Digitalise and Automate our Factories. With this we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Service Transition Manager to oversee the seamless transition of services from Digitalization program to operations. This role will be responsible for developing SLAs OLAs RACI agreements defining support flows managing service readiness and leading service integration efforts. The ideal candidate will also manage a team of two employees who will provide handson support in service transition and service integration activities

Your responsibilities will be focused on 3 main areas:

Service Transition

  • Lead and oversee the endtoend service transition process ensuring all new services integrate smoothly into operations.
  • Develop and maintain Service Transition Plans aligning with business and operational objectives.
  • Design document and implement Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) between internal support teams.
  • Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that define performance expectations with customers and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain RACI matrices to clarify ownership and accountability across teams.
  • Define and document endtoend support processes and escalation workflows for service operations.
  • Conduct service readiness assessments before deployment to ensure teams are prepared to support new or updated services.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all service readiness criteria are met and report status in regular governance meetings

Service Integration Management

  • Develop & maintain governance frameworks to secure all parties involved in service delivery adhere to pre agreed OLAs / SLAs
  • Triage and dispatch cases to relevant teams & vendors ensuring quick and efficient resolution of incidents & service requests.
  • Develop and harmonise processes across internal product teams and vendors to support ITIL processes.
  • Support procurement with vendor contracts whilst considering compound service agreement impact.

Managing Service Integration Team 2 employees):

  • Lead mentor and manage a team of two employees responsible for service integration and management.
  • Oversee workload distribution setting clear goals and objectives for the team.
  • Provide guidance and career development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Ensure the team effectively monitors evaluates and improves service performance posttransition.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in Service Transition IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration.
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks (ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred).
  • Experience developing SLAs OLAs and RACI agreements.
  • Handson experience in managing IT operations support flows and service readiness.
  • Prior experience in managing and mentoring a small team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong project management and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience with ITSM tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile DevOps and modern IT service delivery models.
  • Understanding of vendor management and thirdparty service integration
