The Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies building and maintaining relationships with key customers and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key architects dealers hotels and highnetworth individuals.
Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to stay current on industry trends and network with potential clients.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
