Job Description
Ensure timely and smooth completion of loan transactions.
Responsible for Planning & of all loan transactions.
Communicating effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless transaction flow and completion within the target TAT.
Ability to communicate with customers effectively & empathically whenever required
Coordination with all City Head in identifying current and future demands.
Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100 adherence
Preparing Monthly/Weekly MIS Report and reviewing team performance.
Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Requirements
Bachelors / Masters Degree in any discipline preferably from tier 1 university.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Outstanding analytical problemsolving and organizational abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office & excel.
