Job Description
Job Opening: Financial Reporting Specialist
Location: Saltlake Sector V Kolkata
Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct complex analyses after completing onboarding and training.
- Assist external auditors and document walkthrough examples.
- Evaluate financial and operating information reliability based on industry trends and business objectives.
- Utilize systems such as Workday HSIDB Salesforce and Canvas to gather information and support statutory auditors.
- Provide data collection support to local financial statement preparer.
- Review and provide feedback on GAAPtoStatutory reconciliations.
- Perform detailed review of statutory financial statements for accuracy and correctness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field.
- Prior experience in Financial Reporting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced flexible work environment.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate
Experience with Financial Reporting.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Organizational multitasking and time management skills.
Collaboration skills successfully applied within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic ability to present updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail.
Selfdirected with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight.
Ability to work in a flexible fastpaced environment.

Salary : Upto 40k ctc or Hike on your last drawn salary as per market standard.
