Job Description
We need Admin/Factory Manager for Sanand Plant who can operate overall Factory /Plant apply on /All staff and department have to handle. Interviews Monday Tuesday Only Experience Minimum 5 Year Experience in similar area
Basic Education Graduate with knowledge of Hindi Gujarati English
Package Upto 5 Lacs per Annum
Department to oversea:
Dispatch & Transportation
Maintenance Engineer Fitter & Electrician Staff
RO STP and ETP Operator
Boiler Operators
Labour Contractor and Labour
Security Team
Compliance with all Govt Department and Visits at Factory
Job Profile
Coordinating with Production and QC/QA Department for Dispatch and Inward of Products and Maintaining Inventory.
Managing resources such as raw materials equipment and labor to ensure optimal utilization and costeffectiveness.
Managing all responsibilities of above Team Supervisors and Employees
Planning and coordinating procurement of materials and supplies needed for production.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
Manage the Schedule and Day to Day activities
Check Timing Overtime Leaves of employees
Hire and Train employees for Safety Policies etc
Check Usage and eliminate wastages of resource in each of above departments
