Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage robust database solutions
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration
- Architect and optimize data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
- Lead database migration projects from onpremises to cloud platforms
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of database systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior database engineers
What makes you the perfect fit for this role:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred
- Proven experience in database management and administration
- Expertise in ETL processes and data warehousing
- Handson experience with cloud migration projects
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in MySQL MongoDB Oracle and SQL databases
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Some nice haves (but not required):
- Experience with additional database technologies such as PostgreSQL Cassandra or Redis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting
Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidates final level and location. Also the range represents salary only and does not include our total rewards package.
