We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growingGlobal Payroll team as Deputy Manager International Payroll. The position is primarily responsible for payroll processing and compliances for the assigned locations along with daytoday payroll activities. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager International Payroll youll be responsible for:
- Processing/reviewing payroll reports providing timely approvals initiating payments and completing all statutory tax payments
- Processing International payroll on Dayforce(Ceredian) for inhouse locations reconciling submitting payroll
- Ensuring that payroll compliances and reporting needs are met and managing payroll systems developing maintaining and periodic review of payroll processing systems
- Preparing payroll audit workpapers/PBCs for quarterly reviews and the annual audit managing FloQast reconciliations and checklist tasks on month/quarter end
- Participating in the ongoing automation initiatives collaborating with stakeholders to meet the data needs and validating information
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- PostGraduate degree in Finance Accounting or other similar streams
- Relevant 68 years of payroll processing experience preferably is EMEA/APAC/Latin America locations
- Experience in handling payroll audits inspections and compliance assessments
- Exposure to NetSuite Ceridian Dayforce FloQast and/or Workday
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with excel functions such as pivot tables lookups if/then statements and ability to work with complex spreadsheets containing large data sets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Previous team handling experience
