Vacancy: LETTINGS / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Purley. CR8
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator who is keen to progress their career with long established independent Estate Agency with highly successful offices in the Purley area.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a property Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator. They will need to be able to thrive in a busy fast passed target driven environment and will have the hunger to outperform their targets.
The perfect candidate will also need to be energetic proactive good on the phone and great with people.
Familiarity with the local area would be helpful. In return they will receive a competitive salary package and excellent career progression opportunities in this thriving brand.

Skills required for this Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced in residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Purley area essential
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
